Prefer to create your very own hotpot base? Make the simplest and tastiest stock using Onggojib fishcake soup powder and cook it with whichever hotpot ingredients to enjoy the full flavours of Korea during your festivities! Certified halal by MUI.
Hotpot Set 1 includes:
1x Namhae Korean Dried Kelp/Miyeok 100g (miyeok is currently out-of-stock) ; 1x Onggojib Halal Fishcake Soup Powder 150g ; 2x Onggojib Halal Instant Rice cakes Tteok 100g
Cooking suggestions : For every litre of water, add 1 tbsp of soup powder and stir frequently until boiling. Turn down the heat and add chopped green onions and fresh chilli for extra crunch and flavour. Toss in rice cakes with your other hotpot ingredients and enjoy! Optional : A drizzle of sesame oil and chili oil for fragrance and flavour.
