Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order for either delivery or self-collection options.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, a delivery fee from $2.50 is charged to every order for local orders. Final delivery fee is dependent on weight of order but the more your order, the lower your rate/kg! You will see the final delivery fee at the checkout page under Shipping.
Alternatively, you may select Self-Collection at the checkout page and save on the delivery fee!
(Self-collection only available for local orders)
For international deliveries, delivery fees are listed for up to 5kg order weight. Orders above 5kg will be subjected to additional fees. Our team will contact you for further clarification.
When do you deliver?
As we use a third party service for deliveries, estimated timing ranges from 9am to 10pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Deliveries may not be available on Sundays and public holidays. Please ensure you include your contact number when submitting the order for our delivery partner!
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders received before 4pm is usually processed for delivery pickup on the next working day. Once picked up, our delivery partner will deliver by the following working day.
For international deliveries, the shipping time is highly dependent on both the local and international delivery partners as the shipping process is more extensive.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Singapore island-wide except for the following locations.
Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
Singapore Prison Quarters
Turf Club Avenue
Woodland Checkpoint / Tuas Link
If you work/live at the above locations, please provide a shipping address to a location where our delivery partners can deliver to, or opt for self-collection instead.
For international deliveries, the available countries is dependent on the locations supported by our delivery partner.
Do you deliver to my country?
If your country is not listed for international delivery, Contact Us to find out the shipping fee to your location.
Do you offer self-collection?
Yes, we do. To self-collect, please ensure to select the Self-Collection option at your checkout page. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to confirm your date of collection. Collection may either be at our office or at our popup shop (when we have one!).
What payment modes do you accept?
You can select to pay via Paypal, Stripe, PayNow or bank transfer. Simply select your option at the checkout page. For PayNow and bank transfers, please select Manual Payment.
Paypal / Stripe
Select this option if you have a Paypal/Stripe account or wish to pay by credit/debit card. Please ensure that your delivery address in the Paypal transaction is the same as your delivery address in the Halal Hanjib order. We will follow the address listed in your Halal Hanjib order.
Input the following UEN number for PayNow transactions : 201715209R ( Archel Pte Ltd.). Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided here.
Payment can be remitted to : DBS Current a/c no. 003-952964-3
Upon transfer completion, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject title :
Halal Hanjib Order # xxxxxx - Cash Payment .
Please include a copy of the transaction receipt (screenshot/photo image) for our verification. Your order will be prepared for delivery/collection once we have verified your payment.
I don't see the product that I want. Will you be bringing in the product in soon?
We're working hard to bring in new products all the time. Simply send us a message via the Contact Us page with your suggestion and we'll work even harder to source for the product!
